You need to ban those heroes on the hero banning phase. And keep in mind there are other counters...

But I only get one ban, and I try to ban one of them, and if I ban one of them, then the enemy team picks another counter like Tinker, Slark, or Muerta or something.
I decided I'm just going to quit playing Troll Warlord because I don't think he is a good hero
